By accessing or using the Plug Akademi platform ("Service"), including our website at plugakademi.org, mobile applications, and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Description of Service
Plug Akademi provides an educational and tools platform designed for Amazon FBA sellers, including but not limited to:
- AI-powered business assistant (PlugGPT)
- Video courses and educational content
- Curated product leads and sourcing data
- Analytics and profit calculation tools
- Community forums and discussion boards
- Email and SMS marketing tools for administrators
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
4. Memberships and Payments
Plug Akademi content is for paying members. Membership comes in three accesses: Amazon Member, Walmart Member and VIP. An account without a membership can sign in, manage its account and see its certificates, but opens no program, live class, replay, community or chat.
On our website, each access is paid in full with one payment, or with a weekly plan: a fixed number of weekly payments taken from your payment method, starting the day you join and stopping after the last one. The price and the number of payments are shown before you pay. By paying, you agree to:
- Pay the price shown at the time of purchase
- For a weekly plan, authorize us to charge your payment method each week until the last payment of the plan
- The access rules of a weekly plan: a failed payment locks all your Plug Akademi access until it is paid (you can still sign in to pay), and a plan that ends before every payment is made, even the last one, loses that access without any refund and keeps all your Plug Akademi access locked until you join that access again
Prices may change for future purchases. A weekly plan keeps the price it started with.
All payments are final and non-refundable, as described in our Refund Policy. A membership bought in the iPhone or Android app is billed by Apple or Google under their own rules.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
- Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
- Share your account credentials or product leads with non-subscribers
- Resell, redistribute, or publicly share product leads or proprietary data
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users in the community
6. Product Leads Disclaimer
Product leads provided through the Service are for informational purposes only. Plug Akademi does not guarantee:
- The accuracy of pricing, availability, or profit calculations
- That any product will be profitable or suitable for resale
- Continued availability of any listed product or supplier
All purchasing and selling decisions are made at your own risk. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before making any business decisions based on our data.
7. AI Assistant Disclaimer
PlugGPT, our AI assistant, provides general business guidance and information. It does not constitute professional financial, legal, or tax advice. Always consult with qualified professionals for specific business, legal, or financial matters.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Plug Akademi LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our content without express written permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the Service
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Extended period of inactivity
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plug Akademi LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
