• AI-powered business assistant (PlugGPT)

• Analytics and profit calculation tools
• Community forums and discussion boards
• Email and SMS marketing tools for administrators

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Plug Akademi offers multiple subscription tiers, including a free tier with limited features. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis
• Accept that prices may change with 30 days' prior notice

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of initial purchase for first-time subscribers only. Refunds are processed at our sole discretion.

• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights

Product leads provided through the Service are for informational purposes only. Plug Akademi does not guarantee:

• The accuracy of pricing, availability, or profit calculations
• That any product will be profitable or suitable for resale
• Continued availability of any listed product or supplier

All purchasing and selling decisions are made at your own risk. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before making any business decisions based on our data.

7. AI Assistant Disclaimer

PlugGPT, our AI assistant, provides general business guidance and information. It does not constitute professional financial, legal, or tax advice. Always consult with qualified professionals for specific business, legal, or financial matters.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Plug Akademi LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our content without express written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended period of inactivity

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plug Akademi LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
