How to Delete in the App

To delete your Plug Akademi account:

1. Open the Plug Akademi app on your device
2. Sign in to your account
3. Go to Profile → Settings
4. Tap "Delete Account"
5. Enter your password to confirm
6. Your account will be deleted immediately and permanently

If You Cannot Access the App

If you lost access to the app (phone broken, uninstalled, etc.), email us at support@plugakademi.org with:

• Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
• Your registered email address
• Your full name

We will verify your identity and process deletion within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Profile information (name, email, photo)
• All course progress and certificates
• Community posts and comments
• Chat messages and direct messages
• PlugGPT conversation history
• Affiliate referral data
• Vault saved items
• ASIN Generator history
• All user-generated content

What We May Retain

For legal reasons, we may retain:

• Financial records (up to 7 years per US tax law)
• Anonymized analytics (no personal identifiers)
